A beginner’s course on meditation with Hanna Streng


Meditation and deep breathing are recommended to combat stress and anxiety.

But where do you start? This class will explore different techniques to reduce stress, become more confident in meditation and improve well-being through the breath. It is recommended to combine this class with either the vinyasa or the beginners class, but those only interested in this class are more than welcome.


Learn how to be at ease with your physical, mental and emotional self. 


Modern science has proved that meditation reduce stress, anxiety and pain enhancing creativity and experiencing joy.


Every Tuesday morning

from 10:15 a.m to 10:50 a.m


Meditation: Rs 150 per session or Rs 550 for 4 weeks.

Yoga+Meditation: Rs 450 per session or Rs 1,550 for 4 weeks.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water.

Hanna started practicing yoga to escape the busy days at her corporate job in London. With encouragement from her friends and family to find something closer to her heart she completed her first yoga teacher training in Nepal, staying at a Buddhist Monastery overlooking the Himalayas. She started teaching and loved every minute of it. In the years following, she has completed several trainings including yin and prenatal yoga training.
