YOGA CLASSES

Work on finding the balance in life.  We will flow through a series of movements, strengthening and stretching the body gradually. The emphasis of the class is on building awareness of the breath and the body-mind connection, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Roxann Wild has been teaching yoga for several years in various settings. She loves helping and inspiring others to become a better and more authentic version of themselves. She teaches three types of yoga; Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Kundalini.

Aurelie Chateau is also an experienced teacher who incorporates movements and breathing techniques. This is a high intensity form of yoga. (not for everyone!) She teaches Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow for beginners/intermediate and advanced.

Yoga, meditation and self-study are a source of vital energy for Eve Isambourg. As a yoga teacher, she wants to share this inspiration with others and create a safe space to nurture and restore balance in the body and mind.

Yoga Styles

Vinyasa Yoga is faster-paced type of yoga which is described as ''one breath, one movement". The sequencing is quite creative and dynamic, working strength, balance and flexibility. Great if you are intermediate or advanced and enjoying movement & strenght.`

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and athletic form of yoga, made up of six series of levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical pratice, it also promotes mental clarity and concentration.

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced type of yoga. A blend of deep relaxation and letting go. The poses are floor based (lying down or seated only) and are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues, rather than the activation of the muscles. As a result, the postures are more passive holds, with little movements to really relax the body. Great for all levels.

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. It incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Great for all levels.

Forrest Yoga is an internally focused practice that addresses modern day issues, such as back and neck pain. Through the long holding poses and conscious breath, you will connect with your body and emotions and learn to explore your habitual patterns and transform them. Accessible to everyone.
