Work on finding the balance in life with Hanna's vinyasa class.  We will flow through a series of movements, strengthening and stretching the body gradually. The emphasis of the class is on building awareness of the breath and the body-mind connection, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

Yoga for beginners: 

This class is for beginners, people who want to start again after injury or a long time without practice. It’s also for people who want to delve a bit deeper into the techniques behind certain poses. We’ll work slowly and mindfully, building up strength, flexibility and confidence in your body. 

Tuesday classes:

Vinyasa yoga 9 - 10 am

Yoga for beginners 11 am - 12 pm

Yoga: Rs300 per session or Rs1,100 for 4 weeks.

Yoga + meditation: Rs450 per session or Rs1,550 for 4 weeks.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water. 


Hanna started practicing yoga to escape the busy days at her corporate job in London. With encouragement from her friends and family to find something closer to her heart she completed her first yoga teacher training in Nepal, staying at a Buddhist Monastery overlooking the Himalayas. She started teaching and loved every minute of it. In the years following, she has completed several trainings including yin and prenatal yoga training.
